We request information from the customer on our order form. Here a customer must provide contact information (name and shipping address, phone number, email address, etc.) and financial information (credit card information, billing information). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer’s orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the customer.
Once we deliver an item we will not accept returns unless the merchandise is defective. If an item is defective and needs to be returned you must contact us first for a Return Authorization Number so that we understand the nature of the return. We will advise whether or not a return will be accepted. Items shipped without our authorization will not be accepted.
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user’s hard drive containing information about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. Once the user closes their browser, the cookie simply terminates. For instance, cookies are sometimes used in conjunction with our shopping cart system. If a user rejects the cookie, they may still use our site. The only drawback to this is that our shopping cart may not work properly.
