Fluorescent lamp simulator

After turning on the lights will flicker individually for a short time - just like the real lamps - until they burn uniformly. Each lamp behaves slightly different. One output simulates a defective bulb. Five outputs with different starting pattern cabable of driving 3 lamps each.
